Pottermore Hints
To find out which chapter a specific item is in, just type the name of the item in the search bar (I have tagged each post with which items are in that chapter). The tags I use:
- For Bertie Bott's every-flavoured beans: bean
- For chocolate frog cards: chocolate frog, then separately the name of the person
- For books: book, then separately the name of the book. If there is a ':' in the name, I will have the name split in two
- For other items: the name of the item

I’m really sorry but I’m currently in the middle of GCSEs and don’t have much time- I’ll try and update soon but I can’t promise anything….
OK so before I do the rest of the chapters, I’m going to go through my old ones and tag them with the names of all the items found in them. That way, if you want to know where to find an item, you should just be able to type in its name and all the chapters in which it can be found should come up :)

Helpful HInt: I, too, found myself locked out of Book 3. Because I am a Slytherin, I did not have to brew the Polyjuice Potion in order to enter the Slytherin common room. What I discovered was that I needed to buy the necessary books in Diagon Alley before I could continue to Book 3. Hope this helps!
